Attorney Tom Olsen was born and raised in Orlando and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981.  He was mentored in law by his father, Robert W. Olsen, who had been a lawyer in Orlando since 1955. 

Tom began his legal career, like his father, with a very broad general practice.  This general practice background is what gives Tom his unique ability to answer almost any type of legal question on his Olsen on Law Radio Show. 

Chris loves helping moms, dads and families with their estate planning. Chris’s goal is always to create an easy to understand family plan and make the process simple for everyone. As a parent, Chris knows that some family plans are straightforward, while others are unique and complicated.

Either way, Chris wants to give families a peace of mind and create the right solution for them. In addition, Chris has extensive corporate experience which allows her to help small business owners in creating succession plans.

Alexis specializes in Probate, Medicaid, Wills, Trusts and Real Estate. Alexis was born in Clearwater and raised in Orlando. She received her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Political Science Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida. Alexis received her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law and graduated Cum Laude.

Alexis is married to her high school sweetheart, Chris. She loves to travel, spend time with family, and cheer on the UCF Knights and the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Jordan Becton is a 4th Generation Floridian and has turned his passion for protecting people’s hard-earned wealth into a full-time career. Jordan focuses on Asset Protection, Complex Estate/Tax Planning, and Medicaid matters.

Growing up in a multi-generational household, Jordan developed a unique perspective on the impact proper estate planning, and the stress it can prevent. He prides himself on taking on the most challenging and complex estate plans and turning them into something precisely designed to meet his client’s immediate and legacy objectives

Christofer Richards brings years of experience in public service, having served as a firefighter and paramedic before being promoted to EMS Lieutenant. Throughout his career, Christofer has developed a strong commitment to helping others, leading teams, and serving his community with professionalism and compassion.

Outside of work, Christofer enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants and cuisines, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his wife, Alexis. Whether exploring a new destination or enjoying a great meal close to home, he values new experiences, meaningful connections, and quality time with family.

Born in Bulgaria, Monika spent the first few years of her life there until her family relocated to the Orlando area. Before joining the Florida Senior Planning team, she spent seven years as a Real Estate Paralegal for the partnering business, Edgewater Title Company.

Monika is a Medicaid Specialist for Florida Senior Planning focusing on Medicaid compliance and preplanning as well as completing applications and interviews for clients.

Rob Clarke serves as a Medicaid Specialist with our firm, bringing a strong background in service, communication, and helping families navigate important decisions. With 18 years of experience in the fire service as a Firefighter Engineer, Rob has built his career around supporting others, staying calm under pressure, and earning trust through professionalism and dedication.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time outdoors, snowboarding, traveling, and exploring new foods. His approachable personality, commitment to service, and ability to connect with people make him a valuable part of our team.

Jess was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She has 14 years of experience in estate and elder planning, Jess is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate important life decisions with compassion, professionalism, and personalized care.

Known for her approachable nature and commitment to client care, she takes pride in making complex topics easier to understand while helping families plan for the future with confidence and peace of mind.

Lindsey serves as our Senior Medicaid Specialist, helping families navigate the Medicaid planning and application process with clarity and confidence. She works closely with clients to gather documentation, explain each step, and help ensure applications are completed accurately and efficiently.

Known for her compassion, attention to detail, and commitment to client service, Lindsey understands that planning for long-term care can feel overwhelming. She strives to make the process as smooth as possible while providing families with dependable guidance and support from beginning to end.
